Chinese Character for Righteousness
The following Chinese character for "Righeousness" is a beautiful picture of Christ's atoning for our sin. It is pronounced "Yi".

Traditional character for "Righteousness"

The traditional "Yi" is composed of two simpler characters, or radicals:
one meaning "sheep" or "lamb"
the other meaning "I" or "me"

When the "Lamb" is over "me" then I am made "Righteous" in God's eyes.
The "Lamb of God" took God's righteous wrath against me upon Himself.
